The best of Bass Coast living was on display at the recent Regional Victoria Living Expo at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Bass Coast Shire Council’s Economic Development Team attended the Expo to promote the benefits of living and working in Bass Coast.

Council’s CEO, Paul Buckley PSM, attended the Expo in its third year and said it attracted around 10,000 visitors.

The Expo provides an opportunity for potential tree or sea changers to compare the benefits of all areas around Victoria. It attracts mainly urban dwellers looking to relocate to regional areas, meaning it’s a great opportunity to showcase all Bass Coast has to offer,” Mr Buckley said.

“Our staff fielded many enquiries about job opportunities, real estate, health services, education and lifestyle available in Bass Coast.”

All rural and regional councils are represented at the Expo, which is a State Government sponsored initiative.
