Help Shape Cowes Town Centre

The Cowes community are invited to have their say to help Bass Coast Shire Council plan for the future of their town centre as part of the Cowes Activity Centre Plan.

Mayor, Cr Kimberley Brown, said Council was looking forward to engaging with the community and hearing their ideas.

The community can drop in and visit the marquee that will be set up at the Cowes Town Square in Thompson Avenue from Thursday, 4 to Tuesday, 9 December

“During this period, the marquee will become a space to exhibit the growing list of ideas, issues and visions of the community,” Cr Brown said.

“At the end of the process, these visions and ideas will be developed into draft design concepts for the future of Cowes Town Centre.

“Everyone is invited to attend the Community Design Workshops or drop in to visit the project team and have their say in developing the future visions and ideas for Cowes Town Centre.”

Community Design Workshops will be held on:

  • Thursday, 4 December from 7.00pm to 9.30pm

  • Saturday, 6 December from 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Community members can drop in and visit the project team on:
