Complete+the+Bass+Coast+Customer+Service+Community+Survey+Online

Bass Coast Shire Council is committed to shaping a better Bass Coast. This involves continuing to improve the Customer Service experience.

Council has launched an online survey to hear about your expectations when interacting with staff. Your responses, along with feedback regularly gathered through engagement activities, will help shape the customer experience people can expect when dealing with Council staff.

Bass Coast Mayor, Cr Pamela Rothfield, explained how this forms part of the overall program to review each service Council provides to find operational efficiencies and innovations, and to determine appropriate levels of service and service delivery models.

“Customer Service is incredibly important. Having experience in retail, a focus on customer service and continually improving the customer experience is something that I value highly.” Cr Rothfield said.

“Council is always looking for customer service feedback to ensure that our structures and processes work for everybody.”

Feedback from the survey will be incorporated in the development of a Customer Service Strategy. To complete the survey visit: https://www.research.net/r/BassCoastCustomer

The survey closes on Wednesday, 7 June 2017. For more information please contact Margaret Ryan, Coordinator Customer Service and Facilities Management on 1300 BCOAST (226 278) or email basscoast@basscoast.vic.gov.au
